A community for strength, growth, and networking.

Since 2016, we’ve been empowering female-identified leaders at the senior level and above within the Scholz & Friends family through &WoW. Through mentoring, professional training, and inspiration, we foster personal development and the growth of leadership skills. Benefit from an open exchange of experiences and comprehensive expertise with seasoned mentors and coaches. The tandems and groups are interdisciplinary and cross-functional. But &WoW is more than that: Our other &WoW programs:
