Konstantin Lössl becomes Chief Client Officer of the Scholz & Friends Family
Scholz & Friends has appointed Konstantin Lössl as Chief Client Officer of the Scholz & Friends Family, effective March 1, 2026. This move anchors the agency group’s consistent client-centric approach at the highest level of management. In this new strategic role, Konstantin Lössl will further develop the orchestration concept to ensure tailored solutions and the highest level of client satisfaction.
Konstantin Lössl, previously a partner and Chief Orchestration Officer, will focus on the strategic development of client relationships across the entire agency group in his new role as Chief Client Officer. His focus will be on identifying and implementing the best possible solutions for the clients of the Scholz & Friends Family, further strengthening client leads and account managers, and ensuring an excellent client experience and satisfaction across all touchpoints. Thus, the position of Chief Client Officer represents an expansion and refinement of his previous role as Chief Orchestration Officer.

Konstantin Lössl joined Scholz & Friends in 2015. In his previous role as Chief Orchestration Officer, he played a key role in driving the systematic networking of talent and expertise within the agency group to create superior, orchestrated solutions for clients. Prior to that, he successfully established Scholz & Friends Live as a specialized brand for live communication. Throughout his career, he has worked with a wide range of prominent clients, including Volkswagen, Audi, the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, Coca-Cola, RWE, various federal ministries, and the European Commission.
