Scholz & Friends appoints Andreas Bilgeri as Managing Director of Scholz & Friends Hamburg
Scholz & Friends has appointed Andreas Bilgeri as Managing Director of Scholz & Friends Hamburg. The appointment is effective December 1, 2025. Andreas Bilgeri has been a member of the management team at Scholz & Friends Hamburg since July 2022. He is known for his client-centric management style and integrated brand management.
In his new role, Andreas Bilgeri is responsible for the strategic development of key client accounts and for coordinating strategy, creative, data, and technology. Together with Marielle Wilsdorf (Creative), Christian Kroll (Creative), and Steffen Behrends (Consulting), he forms the new management team at Scholz & Friends Hamburg.

Andreas Bilgeri holds a degree in marketing communications, is a passionate brand leader, and a specialist in integrated marketing. He has been part of the management team at Scholz & Friends Hamburg since July 2022 and, as a long-time Client Service Director for Audi, is responsible for integrated brand management at the intersection of strategy, creation, and technology. Previously, he led the consulting division at Philipp und Keuntje and managed the communications campaigns for Audi, Rimowa, and other brands. At Elbdudler, he served as Managing Director of Consulting, responsible for the overall management, further development, and expansion of the Hamburg-based digital agency’s consulting services. At Kolle Rebbe, he served as Executive Director overseeing Lufthansa; prior to that, he worked at Jung von Matt, among other agencies. A native of the Rhineland, he also worked for several years as a freelance communications consultant for renowned agencies and companies, including Rocket & Wink, Überground, and Oliver Voss.
