T Business Launches New Campaign on Digitalization and Care
Mehr Zeit für das, was wirklich zählt
For nearly two years, T Business has been reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses under the #DeinMeinBusiness campaign. Now, the telecommunications provider is taking things to the next level with its long-standing agency, Scholz & Friends. And this new phase is more emotional than ever.
When people think about digitalization, they first think of bits, bytes, AI, and technology. But what it achieves above all else is making life easier in many areas. Technical solutions give us more space for what really matters. And that is exactly what T Business’s new campaign is all about
To illustrate this, an example was chosen that vividly and emotionally brings the benefits of digitalization to life: nursing. It makes the unpleasant and administrative aspects of the job much easier. And it puts the focus back on what this profession is really about: closeness and humanity. In short: more time for what really matters.
At the heart of the campaign is a 60-second spot in which a T Business consultant reflects on his day at a nursing home. He thinks aloud about what digitalization means for caregivers and residents. And what the topic means to him personally. In the end, one thing is clear: Eventually, everyone finds themselves in a situation where they want to feel as well cared for as possible.
The campaign will be extended across all relevant online channels with a variety of additional video formats and still images.
The campaign was produced as a green production by THE GIFT. It was directed by Kai Sehr. The green production focuses on regionality and sustainability: it was shot entirely in Berlin, with a crew and cast directly from the capital. Thanks to a single location, the production was largely able to rely on environmentally friendly grid power, and the catering also prioritized sustainability with vegan and vegetarian options.
Marielle Wilsdorf, Partner and Managing Director of Creation at Scholz & Friends Hamburg: “This campaign shows that B2B communication doesn’t have to be dry. By presenting digitalization within the emotional context of care, we demonstrate that technology creates one thing above all else: more room for humanity. That is our understanding of forward-looking B2B communication.
Vanessa Hiry, Vice President of SME Marketing at Deutsche Telekom: “T Business’s digital solutions can be used across industries—whether in care or in small and medium-sized businesses. They create real added value, streamline workflows, and give employees more freedom to focus on what really matters.”
